
Refund Policy
We hope to have a long-term relationship with all of our members, but we understand that isn’t always possible. If you need to cancel your subscription, check out our refund policy details below.
Refund window and eligibility:
Your Digital Journal Insight Forum membership starts when we receive your payment. We’d hate to see you go, but if you get cold feet, you have 72 hours from the time of purchase to request a refund for your subscription. During this period, we will refund your full membership fee, minus the Stripe transaction fee (3% of the total purchase price), with no questions asked.
After this period, no refunds will be granted.
How to request a refund:
Please contact our customer support team using the form below. Our team will review your request and process your refund if you qualify.
Refund process:
Once your request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5 business days. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Non-refundable services:
If you have purchased any content creation or editorial strategy packages and the process has already begun, you may not be eligible for a refund. Please refer to your contract for applicable terms and contact your account representative if you have any questions.
Cancelling your subscription:
If you decide to cancel your subscription after the refund window has passed, you won’t be eligible for a refund. Your membership will be cancelled and you won’t be charged for any future billing cycles. Any articles published to date and your author profile will remain on Digital Journal. To request that they be removed, please contact us.
Changes to IF’s refund policy:
We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically for updates.
